Exclusive retreat
With breathtaking views over Merano to the Texel Group and into the Passeier Valley, the modern Residence Plattwies, designed by an architect, is located in Völlan/Lana at 600 meters above sea level. It comprises four apartments. The first-floor apartment is rented as a holiday home but is also available for longer stays. The high-quality construction, built to climate-neutral standards, is meticulously planned down to the smallest detail for maximum living comfort. Great emphasis was placed on the use of ecological building materials. The exterior of the house welcomes visitors with its soothing, warm brown tones and is situated in a rural setting near the edge of the forest, complete with a garden, fruit trees, and a small vegetable patch.
Workation at its best
For those who have to work during their vacation, this is the best place to do it: in beautiful surroundings, with super-fast internet, and to balance things out, there's the option of a mountain bike tour, one of the many mountain peaks in the area, or a concert at the Merano Music Weeks.
Temporary living
You can also rent the exclusive and fully equipped Plattwies apartment for a period of one to six months . Use it as a relaxing oasis after a workday or as a temporary residence while seeking new perspectives.
