Natural lime paint on the interior walls and untreated larch windows contribute to a pleasant indoor climate. The spacious eat-in kitchen is bathed in natural light, decorated in attractive colors, and equipped with a Seiser basalt countertop.
Geothermal energy and a photovoltaic system make the apartment almost completely energy self-sufficient. Underfloor heating ensures a comfortable temperature all year round. Fully equipped kitchen (stove, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, electric kettle).
