Information on online dispute resolution pursuant to Article 14, paragraph 1 of Regulation (EU)
Regulation (EU) No 524/2013 on online dispute resolution for consumer disputes (ODR Regulation): The European Commission has provided an online platform for the resolution of disputes (“ODR platform”). The ODR platform can be used as a point of contact for the out-of-court settlement of disputes arising from online sales contracts or service contracts.
