South Tyrol GuestPass
The South Tyrol GuestPass is included in your accommodation price and allows you free use of all regional public transport throughout South Tyrol, as well as selected cable cars. You will receive the South Tyrol GuestPass, issued in your name, from us on your smartphone or in paper form. It must be validated before each journey.
Arrival and departure
Arrival: from 4:00 PM
Departure: by 10:30 am
If you prefer different arrival or departure times, we will do our best to accommodate you. Just let us know.
If you are arriving by public transport, we will be happy to pick you up from the nearest bus or train station.
booking
Your reservation is only guaranteed upon written confirmation from both parties and a deposit of 30% of the total amount. Please include your name in the payment details.
Payment terms
We kindly ask you to transfer the total amount for your stay before the start of your holiday.
In case of early departure or late arrival, the entire booked stay will be charged.
Cancellation policy
There is no right of withdrawal under the Italian Consumer Protection Code. However, we grant you a right of withdrawal subject to the following cancellation conditions in accordance with Article 1382 of the Italian Civil Code:
• Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 120 days before the arrival date. Only the deposit will be retained.
• 4 months to 1 month before departure: 40% of the booking value
• 1 month to 1 week before departure: 70% of the booking value
• In the last week before departure: 90% of the booking value
In case of no-show or early departure, the full amount for the entire booking period is due. Please inform us as soon as possible if you are unable to begin your holiday.
In case of cancellation, the deposit will not be refunded.
Travel cancellation insurance:
Just in case, we recommend you take out insurance. If you have to cancel your trip or leave early for any reason, it will be an unpleasant situation for both you and us without the appropriate insurance. Therefore, please make sure you have the necessary precautions.

Out of consideration for allergy sufferers, pets are not allowed on our premises.
